Stewardship Travel Program:

California Highway 1 Discovery Route’s Stewardship Travel offers opportunities to care for 10 destinations by engaging in one or more of over 70 brief experiences from Ragged Point to the Guadalupe Dunes, which enhance immersion into the natural and cultural heritage of California’s central coast. Plant seedlings in a native garden, contribute to a historic lighthouse, make new friends at a beach cleanup or become a “citizen scientist” at a nature center. Your stewardship benefits the Central Coast and adds deeper purpose to your vacation.
