The chefs of four local restaurants have conceived a delicious menu as a backdrop to a truly unique and educational wine experience. Terry Culton, owner and winemaker at Culton Wine will be tasting his wine against stars of the French wine industry. The evening will include Domaine Jamet Côte-Rôtie 2010 (93 points on Wine Spectator) pitted against the 2012 Nomad from Culton, tasted alongside a peppered skate wing as prepared by Casey Walcott. The night just gets better, with a pairing of one of the finest Bandol wines of its vintage (number 56 of the top 100 wines according to the International Wine Report, with a Spectator score of 94).

Wine director Amanda Gill will introduce the Domaine du Gros’ Noré Bandol 2009 to be tasted next to the 2011 Culton Mercenary, a wine Terry is proud of- complemented by a Lamb Tian by Chef Michael Avila. There are 6 courses, more great wine, and an evening of good times. Very limited availability with only 40 seats, this is a unique event for the Central coast and a great value at $95.
