Villa Risa means Home of Laughter. This beautiful Modern Spanish luxury home will provide the perfect vacation for a quiet get away, or a fun packed adventure. Villa Risa has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms downstairs, a large living space upstairs with 3 high end sleeper sofas and a half bath. We had the option of a 3rd bedroom, but purposefully chose to make a larger living space to create awesome memories with friends and family. We placed high quality sleepers in the living area so everyone will sleep comfortably. There’s also space on the master floor to sleep some kids on comfy pads we provide.

A beautiful outdoor space for grilling and relaxing is right off the main area. You certainly don’t have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the view of the central coast mountains.

Avila Tides is located in one of the best gated community locations – Ocean 17 in Avila Beach. Entering the condo, at street level, there is a large bedroom with queen bed, fireplace, TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Also at street level is the garage parking (1 auto easily fits due to owner storage) and full size laundry center. Up a flight of stairs is the main living area with fireplace, gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel Viking appliances, breakfast bar and master suite.

The kitchen panoramic sliding glass doors open to a private patio dining area. Comfortably seat 6 guests around the table. The patio dining area is shaded from the warm Avila Beach sun, and also provides protection from the evening wind making for a comfortable evening dining experience.

Sleeping arrangments include a queen bed in each bedroom, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, and two twin “roll-aways” that can be set up in several different places in the condo to suit your needs. 358 Front Street includes all linens for sleeping and bathing, but not beach linens. Natural gas supplied BBQ on the deck overlooking Port San Luis means you’ll always be ready to fire up the grill. 2 car tandem garage located on the ground floor of the building (under the market), means you’ll have ample parking which everyone knows is a huge premium in popular Avila Beach!

Tree House Studio in the Oaks – Sleeps 3

This has been a local favorite studio (“The Tree House”) in the oaks for our family and friends for many years. Walk four blocks to the beach and partake in the Friday Night Farmer’s Market (4 to 8 pm, April to October) for plenty of food, happy taverns, wine tasting, entertainment, and dancing at the beach. Private deck and secure covered carport parking. The main bedroom has a queen bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The entrance room has a single bed/sitting spot, TV with a privacy blind between the two rooms. The bathroom is small, especially the shower, but larger than an RV bathroom. Close by great restaurants, happy taverns, and wine tasting, best beach on the coast, active marine life (sea otters, harbor seals, and sea lions) up close and personal, with several scenic hiking/walking trails at all levels of difficulty nearby. The host will have suggestions with hand-drawn maps for great things to do and visit from Monterey to Santa Barbara that only locals know about if interested. There are 34 stairs to climb. The creek is across a street which on weekends can be busy with traffic.
