The rental is for the 3 bedroom AND 4 bedroom homes. The twin homes can be rented separately or together for large group gatherings. Each home has a private entry and private terraces, Or, the twin homes can be joined for easy pass-thru by unlocking a privacy gate on the main terrace. When the gate is open, guests can easily walk between homes turning this unique floor plan into one big beach house!

Collectively the home has 7 bedrooms (each with a king bed) and 5 bathrooms. A main living space, kitchen is at street level. Two bedrooms are at street level, three bedrooms are on the second level, each with private ensuite bathrooms. There are two more bedrooms and laundry centers at street level, just off the garage.

A beautiful private outdoor space for grilling and relaxing is right off the main area. You certainly don’t have to (you are on vacation!), but the gourmet kitchen will tempt you to stay in and cook while enjoying the view of the central coast mountains.

All of your basics will be provided. If you’re renting for a week and would like a mid week cleaning that can be arranged upon request. We also have connections with a great home chef if you’d enjoy some in home gourmet food.

This master suite is a studio suite just off the entry with a separate private side entry door, mini-kitchenette and full walk-in shower. The studio master suite has a king bed. The second and third bedrooms, also at ground level, both have queen beds. Up a flight of stairs to the second master suite and another small fifth bedroom. The second master suite (king bed) has a large walk-in shower and separate soaking bath tub. The fifth bedroom has a queen sleeper sofa, and ready for the kids to hook up their xBox. Castle Noland – Sleeps 10

There are three large bedrooms each with a private bath. There is also a secret hidden attic, very large, completely finished and carpeted which young adults or children love as their get away space. These stairs are narrow and winding and are unsuitable for very young children. There is no bathroom in the secret attic, so must share with one of the other bedrooms. The Castle is perfect for couples, families, or larger groups. Castle Noland’s furnishings are elegant and include some antiques from our worldwide travels. In the European style, our bathrooms are smaller. Please be advised, there might be some minor construction activity during the day, on the nearby Carriage house, as we continue to improve Castle Noland. The Carriage house has permanent guests as well, but would rarely be seen. Because we are situated on a large acreage, we occasionally get a mouse or lizard. If that’s a problem for you, you may want to find another place.

You’ll have full access to the entire Castle, including 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two kitchens, secret bookcase access to the finished attic with four twin made-up floor mattresses.
