Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort hosts Seasons of Change: The Autumn Wellness Retreat, a two-night immersive program that runs Wednesday through Friday. The autumn season invites us to slow down, gather what has grown, and gently let go of what no longer serves us. Set against the backdrop of Sycamore’s mineral-rich waters and peaceful natural landscapes, the retreat is designed to help you step out of the chaos of everyday life and embrace the power of this season.
Through guided journaling, group discussions, mindfulness practices, quiet integration time, and moments of fun, the experience blends reflection with practical insight. You won’t just leave feeling inspired — you’ll leave with actionable direction.
The retreat is for those who would like to:
- Gather with good people, share beautiful meals, move your body, and create space for something new
- Reflect on what is currently working, and what isn’t
- Step away from the noise and into nature
- Nourish your mind and body
- Leave with a personalized plan for forward progress
The program, day by day:
- Wednesday, October 28: welcome circle for early arrivals, hotel and retreat check-in from 4:00 PM, a two-acre garden tour with Chef Guillermo, and a garden-to-table dinner. The evening brings a candlelight welcome, the Seasons of Change workshop, and a guided sound bath with crystal bowls.
- Thursday, October 29: breakfast, then your choice of a bike ride or guided sensory walk to the beach on the Bob Jones Trail, or a morning fitness class in the Yoga Dome. The afternoon holds the Create & Cultivate workshop and free time for a spa treatment, one-on-one coaching, or a soak in your in-room hot tub, and the evening the Inner Harvest workshop, a garden-to-table group dinner, and a private group soak in the Waterfall Mineral Springs Oasis.
- Friday, October 30: an optional morning stretch, final breakfast, the closing Gather & Grow workshop, and a closing circle before departures and hotel check-outs.
The rate includes:
- A two-night stay in a one-bedroom king suite with a private mineral spring hot tub and access to the full resort amenities
- Expert-led personal growth workshops in diverse natural locations
- Time for individual coaching with Two Life Coaches
- All garden-to-table meals during the three-day program, five in total
- A healing group soak in the Mineral Springs Waterfall Oasis
- Taxes and service charges
The retreat is facilitated by April Schirmer and Lisa Murray, the certified life coaches behind Two Life Coaches.
