Located across the street from the Avila Golf Resort, the home offers open concept living, coastal and hillside views. Avila Amore is designed with open living space in mind. The natural sunlight pours into the main living area and two sliding doors in the living room open to create a comfortable cross-breeze. The first bedroom on the main level has a comfy over-sized queen, memory-foam sleeper sofa (+ 5″ inches). There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination accessible to the bedroom just off the hallway. Up a flight of stairs to a jr. suite and large master suite. The jr. suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Also on the second level is a grand master suite. The master suite has a king bed and roomy ensuite bathroom.
