November 2-4, 2012 Tickets are on sale now for SLO Wine Country's Rockin' Harvest Celebration Weekend

Join the San Luis Obispo Wine Country Association at their 22nd Annual Harvest Celebration, November 2nd-4th! We are rolling out TWO NEW events this year beginning on Friday, November 2nd: Our first ever "Rockin' Road Trip", where attendees will travel to several wineries to get hands-on experience of an actual Harvest. Friday evening, SLO Wine Country will host a collaborative winemaker dinner, "Crafted on the Coast" at the Lido restaurant where you will have dinner hosted by one of our celebrity winemakers.

The Grand Tasting and Wine Auction will take place on Saturday, November 3rd from noon to 3pm at the Avila Beach Golf Resort. Over 60 wineries and restaurants throughout SLO County will be featured, along with a Rockin' Wine Auction. SLO Wine Country has teamed up with the Avila Beach Tourism Alliance to offer a $20 ticket discount when you book your stay in Avila Beach.

*FRIDAY, November 2nd: "Rockin' Road Trip" 10am-4pm. Tickets: $50, Location: Pick up in Avila Beach--to be announced soon! Become a SLO Wine groupie and hop on our tour bus for a behind-the-scenes look at Harvest 2012! You'll explore SLO Wine Country and get hands-on experience working a Harvest with our winemaking team.

*Friday, November 2nd: "Crafted on the Coast" Winemaker Dinner at Lido Restaurant 6-8pm with Wine Reception beginning at 5:30pm. Tickets: $90. Lido Restaurant at Dolphin Bay Pismo Beach, 93449. Four entrees will be paired with some of the region's best reds, whites and blends.

*SATURDAY, November 3rd: Rockin' Harvest Grand Tasting & Wine Auction 12-3pm (EARLY ENTRY 11AM with Backstage Pass). Tickets: $95. Early Entry Backstage Pass (11am private tasting with limited selection wines) $85 General Admission Avila Beach Golf Resort.

The Grand Tasting and Auction will take place on Saturday, November 3rd from 12 - 3pm at the beautiful Avila Beach Golf Resort. Over 60 wineries and restaurants from the San Luis Obispo region will be featured in the scenic seaside setting of the Avila Beach Golf Resort. Winemakers, local chefs and wine lovers share the fruits of their labor and passion for the art of winemaking.

*SUNDAY, November 4th: SLO WINE ON TOUR! Tickets: FREE WITH YOUR GRAND TASTING & WINE AUCTION PURCHASE! SLO Wine Country encourages you to get out and explore all day Sunday. Come 'party like a rock star' and hit the SLO Wine trail and let the party carry on at participating wineries, where they pull out the wine, food and entertainment once again at their individual wineries. Your ticket into the Grand Tasting gives you an all access pass to stop at every member winery event on Sunday and taste for FREE!!!
